Lauren Bond has been working as a professional trainer since 1998. Her range of experience covers general obedience training, assistance and therapy dog training, aggressive behavior issues and anxiety problems. She has trained her own dogs for Search and Rescue on both a state and national level. She has a soft spot for working with deaf dogs and always enjoys the challenge of helping a newly rescued dog make a smooth transition to their new home. As co-owner of B-More Charming School for Dogs, Lauren is looking forward to teaching new and more advanced classes to help people and their dogs continue bond and communicate.
Carolyn Stromer has over 11 years of animal training experience, providing private behavioral training and teaching group dog training classes. From 1999 to 2005 she worked as a professional dolphin trainer at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Working with operational conditioning and positive reinforcement techniques, Carolyn has been very successful with a wide range of breeds and behaviors. Now, as the co-owner of B-More Charming School for Dogs she gets to continue offering positive and dog friendly training options to the wonderfully urban dogs in Baltimore.
